I took my tire to Moody Tire this morning to have a flat repaired. I was in and out so quickly that I thought they just knew exactly what they were doing. Unfortunately, just a few hours later, my tire was leaking again. When I had the tire inspected by a different company, I was told the repair hadn’t been done correctly. The patch wasn’t even covering the puncture, The hole wasn’t sanded down, and they hadn’t fully completed the repair. They didn’t properly break the tire down, seal it, or perform the complete service that I paid for. Not only that I was told and shown how the patch was put on it was folded on the edges and not even covering the whole correctly. I’ve had several tires patched over the years, and a properly repaired tire should last the life of the tire. Instead, I paid $30 for a repair that failed within hours and then had to pay again to have it repaired correctly. I called Moody Tire to see how they could make the situation right. Unfortunately, the woman I spoke with was very rude. Rather than trying to help or offer a solution, she told me she had nothing to do with it, that she wasn’t there and couldn’t tell me what was done with my car which was extremel

They patched my tired within 15 mins of my arrival. Straight to the point, reasonable price, and good quick service. (A separate big tire store company had the nerve to say it wasn’t fixable and tried to sell me a whole new tire. Neighborhood places are the way to go!)

These folk's are great! I've had two flat tires in a month that they repaired for me. In and out in less than 30 minutes both times and very reasonable costs. They're LOCAL too!! Support this business if you need tires or repairs!

Walked out to work to a flat tire. Called Moodys at 4:09, they were at my car by 4:20, had my tire patched and ready to go by 4:40. Literally saved the day. Pat was so kind, professional, and knowledgeable I was so grateful for the help!

We always use Moody Tire Service and couldn’t recommend them more. Patrick consistently takes such great care of us every single time (nails always find their way to my tires 🫠). He’s always helpful, responsive, and makes the whole process so easy. It’s hard to find that level of customer service these days, and we truly appreciate it. Highly recommend!
